New improvements to the Noyo experience
We've made some improvements to the Noyo experience, giving you more control of user management and enabling connections to our newest Sync carrier, Unum. Check out the details below.
User management is now in the dashboard
We've introduced a new workflow for managing your organization right within the Noyo dashboard. Admins can now invite new users, set permissions, and remove team member access. Just click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard; if you have the appropriate permissions, you'll see "Manage organization" in the dropdown.
Changes to employee and dependent address responses
To enable seamless connections to our newest Sync carrier, Unum, we've adjusted the responses to our Get single employee and Get employees in a Group endpoints. Until now, you would always receive both a home_address
and mailing_address
, but we have added support for returning null values for one or both fields.
If you'd like to connect with Unum through Noyo, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get started.
