Map groups and find records faster

We updated our API to simplify the initial group mapping process and make it easier to find records:

• Use 'get group plans' to pull down all plans that are available for a group, rather than using separate calls to return each individual plan.

• Filter groups by name or DBA and employees by first name, last name, and DOB; this will return a list of likely matches.

We've also added additional fields with relevant business logic, such as waiting periods and COBRA eligibility, to the API response for plan information.
