Fall product updates and a peek ahead

After an action-packed spring of new releases, our team has spent the summer and early fall improving our existing features.

The Noyo Network has also been expanding with the addition of Send carriers VSP, Blue 20/20, and Eyemed. The Send experience just keeps getting better–in fact, we’re celebrating a recent group that went live in only 9 days! Compare that to the 8–10 weeks it usually takes with EDI.

Improvements to tracking and discrepancies

We've made some tweaks to the mechanics of our tracking model to cut down on noise and ensure that you only see the most important issues in the Command Center. Other improvements to the Discrepancies tool include:

  • Filtering issues by carrier

  • Batch dismissal of multiple discrepancies

  • 'Last sync time' listed on each discrepancy

Fulfillment summaries in the Command Center

Recently we added "fulfillment summaries" to the API response for new member snapshots. They provide a carrier-by-carrier breakdown of which enrollment data has been successfully transmitted, making it easier to troubleshoot problems for one carrier without blocking enrollments for another.

These summaries are now visible in Command Center on a member snapshot's detail page, giving Operations specialists and developers a quicker way to triage issues. You can also filter by fulfillment status on the Member Snapshots page to find problematic transmissions.

Up next: Tools for smoother open enrollment

Soon we'll be releasing a first-of-its-kind open enrollment experience within the Command Center. We're making it easier to prepare and monitor the health of all groups whose election windows are open. You'll be able to see who's coming up for renewal, whether new plans have been installed by the carriers, stats on elections, and more. Stay tuned!
