Collection of broker FEINs

We're streamlining the process of connecting groups–you can now send broker FEINs through the group connection API and the dashboard. The 'Broker FEIN' field will appear in the group connection workflow in the dashboard only when connecting to a carrier that requires this information.

We're also working on automating authorization forms and collecting more broker data to improve the group connection authorization process even more.
