Announcing BenefitsOS
You probably noticed a lot of excitement around Noyo recently, when we announced the next evolution of our product: BenefitsOS. BenefitsOS is an expansion of our technology to support more stages of the policy lifecycle and create the operating system for modern ben-admin.
What does this mean for you? The existing enrollment fulfillment product (the API, Command Center app, and operational support) you use today is a key component of BenefitsOS, and it’s not going anywhere!
But in the coming weeks and months, you’ll also see us release new features, infrastructure, and tooling to accomplish some exciting new goals:
Better plan management
Automate plan mapping to simplify group setup (and remove engineering from new carrier activations)
Provide a complete set of plan configuration data to help with building plans on your side
Network upgrades
Dramatically increase the number of groups that are eligible for Noyo
Seamlessly route carrier connections to the best available method, whether that’s API, EDI, or something else
Auditing and reconciliation
Automatically parse error reports for our Send (file-based) carriers and make them available in our system
We’re harnessing the power of AI to reach these goals, and we’d love to show you how it will supercharge this year’s roadmap! Look out for an invite soon from your account manager to walk through what we’re working on.
What else is new?
Over the past few months, our releases have been focused on usability as we moved our internal teams to a more unified system and laid the infrastructure groundwork for BenefitsOS.
Here are a few highlights:
We’re giving you more context about certain changes with new transaction labels. These labels will alert you to potential EOI scenarios, specific carrier logic that affects processing time, or change types that can’t be supported.
During the testing phase of Send connection setup, error reports will be posted in Noyo for you to review, eliminating the hassle of secure emails. For live connections, you’ll receive reports directly from carriers.
You can now find key stats for your organization on the Home page of the Command Center app: total employees, groups, connected carriers, and pending connections.
You can now edit custom IDs for employees and dependents directly on their pages in the app.
Discrepancies now show the relevant Plan name on the righthand side for faster triage.
This will be an exciting year for Noyo! Thank you for being along for the ride.
